HP is integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its printers to enhance the printing experience. The company introduced HP Print AI, featuring the “Perfect Output” tool, which automatically detects and removes unwanted content like advertisements and formatting issues from web pages, ensuring only desired text and images are printed. It also optimizes spreadsheet printouts to prevent charts and tables from being split across pages.
Beyond printing, HP’s AI initiatives extend to PCs and other devices. The company has unveiled over 80 new AI-powered PCs and print tools, along with enhancements to its Workforce Experience Platform, aiming to simplify workflows and boost productivity.
In a move to bolster its AI capabilities, HP acquired assets from Humane, including patents and technology, establishing a new division called HP IQ to focus on integrating AI across its product lines.
